Warehouse Supervisor 4 Day Working Week
Location: Corby
Hours: MondayThursday, 6:30am4:45pm
39 hours per week | Permanent
System Edstrm UK is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Corby.
This is a hands-on role for someone who believes in leading from the front. You will manage and motivate the team while also getting involved in the day-to-day operation, including picking, packing, goods in/out and general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate the warehouse team.
- Work hands-on alongside the team, including picking and packing.
- Drive performance to achieve KPIs, productivity and accuracy targets.
- Allocate workloads and ensure daily priorities are achieved.
- Monitor individual and team performance, addressing issues where required.
- Oversee picking, packing, goods in/out and stock movements.
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and warehouse organisation.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to effectively manage warehouse activities.
- Coach, train and develop team members.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and warehouse processes.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse supervisory/team leadership experience.
- Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
- Experience working to and achieving KPIs and targets.
- Previous WMS experience.
- A genuine hands-on approach someone willing to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team.
