The Role:
As a Fitter, you'll work on a range of custom vehicle conversions, assembling and installing bespoke products designed to meet exact customer specifications. Your duties include:
- Assembling products and bespoke fittings
- Confidently use and maintain hand tools
- Quality checking materials and finished items
- Manual handling and lifting
- Following verbal and written instructions
- Maintaining good housekeeping and health and safety standards
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Meeting tight deadlines with precision and care
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in manufacturing, installation or similar hands-on work (training given)
- Competent with hand tools
- Hard-working, reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work on their own
