What You'll Be Doing
No two vehicles are exactly the same. You'll be helping transform commercial vehicles with bespoke installations and conversion solutions, including:
- Assembling and fitting specialist products
- Using hand tools safely and confidently
- Following technical instructions and build specifications
- Carrying out quality checks on completed work
- Working to high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship
- Supporting a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
- Working independently and as part of a skilled team
- Meeting customer deadlines while maintaining quality
Who We're Looking For
You don't need direct vehicle conversion experience - if you're practical, reliable and willing to learn, we'll provide the training. You'll be a great fit if you:
