Position responsibilities:

  • Complete BPM analysis, requirements definition, design, development and other implementation activities such as training.
  • To architect Process, Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • To undertake business analyst duties such as requirements gathering, process design, writing specs and general analysis.
  • Assist with Presales as required.
  • Assist on Support Desk as required.
  • Active contribution to the wider Team.

The candidate will have:

  • Excellent business knowledge.
  • Some consulting experience preferred, though not essential if you can demonstrate capability.
  • Enjoy dealing with clients face to face.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • An understanding of the full software development life cycle.
  • Knowledge and experience with VB development.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Technologies.
  • Strong OO knowledge.
  • Strong skills in C# and ASP.Net.
  • Experience developing class libraries (dlls).
  • Experience delivering integrated solutions, interfacing with multiple applications and databases.
  • The ability to share knowledge and experience with others.
  • Good understanding of business processes and IT trends.
  • Ability to identify, handle or escalate critical client concerns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work unassisted.
