- Coaching, appraising and mentoring staff
- Raising Planit’s profile through networking and industry events
- Writing Test Strategies/Test Plans
- Providing estimates for resource utilisation through a project
- Management and delivery of successful projects
- Management of teams on and/or off shore Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will have:• At least 10 years’ testing experience• 4 years’ experience leading and managing large testing teams• Experience in client/account management and/or business development• Expertise in at least one testing tool• Experience in multiple industry domains
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
