Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constructive challenges and feedback.
  • Write clean, clear user stories and acceptance criteria that are simple and easy to follow.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology and feed into the technology roadmap.
  • Prioritise user stories and convey these via the agile grooming process.
  • Share product knowledge with stakeholders and champion changes.
  • Be flexible and pragmatic, using analytical and problem‑solving skills to respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines with a problem‑focused approach.
  • Manage lifecycle management tools – e.g. Jira, Aha, Adobe XD.
  • Have a clear understanding of software product and development best practices and methodologies (Pragmatic Marketing, Product Focus, Tarigo, SAFE, Waterfall, SCRUM).
  • Exercise sound judgement, able to make independent decisions and recognise when escalation is required.
  • Be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, leading projects and owning the role of Product Owner.
