At System C, we deliver technology that connects and transforms health and care. We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and play a key role in helping NHS customers realise real, measurable benefits from our market-leading software.
You will balance customer needs, project constraints, and quality delivery, taking ownership of your work while collaborating as part of one team.
- Leading and supporting the implementation of System C solutions and integrated third-party software.
- Running product demonstrations and configuration design workshops, clearly explaining workflows and benefits.
- Undertaking gap analysis to ensure solutions support current and future operational processes.
- Supporting user acceptance testing, go-live activity, and early-life support.
- Contributing to internal testing by identifying, investigating, and escalating software issues.
- Supporting data migration activities and resolving configuration-related challenges.
- Attending project boards and stakeholder meetings to represent System C professionally.
Proven experience in system implementation, project delivery, or professional services roles. Experience delivering training, testing, and implementation support. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel as required.
