At System C, data underpins how we support health and care organisations to deliver better outcomes. We are looking for a Data Architect (Business Systems) to join our team in a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape how data is managed across business systems and establish best practices as the function evolves. You will be a key point of contact for data across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Percursive and Jira, helping to ensure data is accurate, connected and delivering real value to the business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of data governance, data flows and integration between systems, while working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR & Services. You’ll play an important role in bringing data together from different sources, improving its quality and helping create a clear, trusted ‘source of truth’ across the organisation.
What you will do:
- Working through the enterprise integration platform, you will ensure data flows are robust, well-governed, and aligned to business priorities.
- Own and develop data governance practices across business systems, working closely with system owners and building on existing processes.
- Manage and improve data flows and integrations between key platforms.
- Work with system owners to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Help define and maintain a source of truth for business critical data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales & Services.
- Support the improvement of reporting and data-driven insights.
- Ensuring all data movement complies with security, privacy, and regulatory obligations, including GDPR.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with solid experience working with data across systems, who enjoys problem solving and improving how data is used in a business environment. This role would suit someone currently working in a Data, BI, or Business Systems role who is looking to step into a more architect-focused position with greater ownership and impact.
You will have:
- Experience working with data across multiple systems.
- Exposure to system integrations and how data moves between platforms.
- The ability to understand complex data and simplify it for others.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- A practical hands-on approach with a focus on getting things working effectively.
You will play a critical role in shaping how data supports a growing organisation, within a culture that values integrity, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on systems that support health and care services.
