Make healthcare work better. At System C, our technology connects care so clinicians can focus on people, not processes. Join us to help integrate our CareFlow PAS/EPR with the wider NHS ecosystem and improve outcomes at scale.

You’ll be a key part of our Integrations team, operating primarily as 3rd‑line support for interoperability and interface issues. You’ll triage, investigate and resolve incidents within SLA, collaborate with engineers, product managers and support teams, and contribute to upgrades, patching and testing of integration components in live environments. You’ll also enhance and develop interfaces – often in Rhapsody – and help ensure vital information is disseminated to NHS staff to support decision making and patient care.

What you’ll do:

  • Own complex HL7/interface incidents via Jira, following ITIL processes and providing timely updates to customers and colleagues.
  • Configure environments, support unit and end‑to‑end testing, and contribute to QA of interface functionality.
  • Develop and support interfaces including Rhapsody TIEs, CareFlow Integration Engine and the NHS e‑Referral Service (Choose and Book).
  • Assist with CareFlow EPR upgrades/patching after deployment.

About you:

  • Experience working in or with the NHS, with deep knowledge of HL7 messaging and healthcare information systems.
  • Practical understanding of APIs, secure data exchange, SSO and government reporting requirements.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server (writing basic queries), Jira/Confluence, and working in Agile teams.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in fast‑moving environments – humble, collaborative, and accountable.
