We are looking for a Data Architect (Business Systems) to join our team in a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape how data is managed across business systems and establish best practices as the function evolves. You will be a key point of contact for data across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Percursive and Jira, helping to ensure data is accurate, connected and delivering real value to the business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of data governance, data flows and integration between systems, while working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR & Services. You’ll play an important role in bringing data together from different sources, improving its quality and helping create a clear, trusted ‘source of truth’ across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Own and develop data governance practices across business systems, working closely with system owners and building on existing processes.
- Manage and improve data flows and integrations between key platforms.
- Work with system owners to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Help define and maintain a source of truth for business critical data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales & Services.
- Support the improvement of reporting and data-driven insights.
- Ensure all data movement complies with security, privacy, and regulatory obligations, including GDPR.
