What you will be doing

  • Providing 2nd line support for customer incidents using Jira
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues using logs, SQL, and diagnostic tools
  • Working closely with Product, Development, and third-party partners
  • Replicating issues to identify bugs and support long-term fixes
  • Communicating with customers clearly and regularly
  • Taking ownership of assigned customers and ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Supporting both hosted and on-premise systems

What we are looking for
