You will be a trusted custodian of our systems, balancing operational reliability with continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and support of Jira and Jira Service Management.
  • Designing and maintaining workflows, automation, permissions, SLAs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Supporting service desk operations through well‑configured queues, request types, and customer portals.
  • Working within change management processes and contributing to upgrades, testing, and releases.
