The Junior UX Designer role, internally known as Associate UX Designer, at System C offers an opportunity for individuals starting their UX (User Experience) careers to develop in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As an Associate UX Designer at System C, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship from our UX team while developing skills across the full spectrum of UX practices.
This role will enable you to grow quickly, equipping you to independently perform key tasks including:
- Creating and maintaining design components, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using design tools.
- Contributing to the development of design standards and component libraries.
- Supporting UX research, including analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Participating in stakeholder meetings, product demos, and UX Guild sessions.
We welcome applicants from all educational and professional backgrounds — even without prior UX experience. However, we require you to share a portfolio or examples of your creative work. What matters most is your passion for user-centered design, curiosity, and a commitment to learning. If there's a good match, you'll be invited to complete our online assessment, which is multiple choice and takes approximately 25 minutes. The most suitable candidates will be invited to an in-person assessment day to learn more about the business, the team, and the role, and for us to learn more about you.
