What will I be doing?

Our Service Desk team directly supports our customers with the product suite we provide and are responsible for analysing, triaging and where possible resolving issues they face. Service Desk Analysts utilise a unique blend of technical and customer facing abilities and we will focus on building both skillsets in the successful candidates.

The Role

In this role, internally known as an Associate Service Desk Analyst, you will be placed on a structured 2-year training programme that includes:

  • Developing soft skills.
  • Expanding your technical ability.
  • Teaching you the intricacies of our various products.

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this position you’ll need to:
