Are you an experienced legal professional looking to make a meaningful impact across health, social care, and education? We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join System C and support our business through a period of transformation and growth.
At System C, we develop technology that helps improve outcomes across the UK’s health and social care system.
The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters. You will take a leading role in complex contract negotiations and play a key part in shaping legal and commercial processes across the organisation.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations with public sector customers
- Partner closely with sales and bid teams on commercial opportunities
- Provide legal advice to senior leadership on a range of matters
- Advise on procurement frameworks, including central and local government agreements
- Support dispute management, including risk assessment and litigation considerations
- Contribute to compliance by identifying and managing contractual risk
- Support the General Counsel with governance, reporting, and M&A activities
We are looking for a qualified legal professional, ideally a Solicitor, with strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and experience with IT contracts, licensing, and data protection concepts.
