We are looking for an Integrations Engineer to lead integration workstreams on deployment projects, working hands‑on with HL7 messaging, interoperability, and interface engines in complex NHS environments. This is a delivery-focused role with real ownership. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders to design, build, and support integrations that matter.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading integration delivery across customer deployment projects
  • Designing, developing, and supporting HL7 interfaces that integrate safely and reliably with healthcare systems
  • Working directly with NHS customers on requirements gathering, architecture decisions, testing, and go‑live support
  • Supporting deployments, upgrades, and business‑as‑usual integrations across live environments
  • Managing and resolving integration incidents using ITIL best practices
  • Collaborating with clinical, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with real‑world workflows

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in or for the NHS, with a strong understanding of healthcare environments
  • Deep knowledge of HL7 messaging and healthcare system integrations
  • Hands‑on experience with interface engines such as Rhapsody
  • Solid understanding of APIs, interoperability standards, and secure data exchange
  • A confident communicator who can work comfortably with customers and internal teams
  • A delivery‑focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
