We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and play a key role in helping NHS customers realise real, measurable benefits from our market-leading software.
You will balance customer needs, project constraints, and quality delivery, taking ownership of your work while collaborating as part of one team.
What you will be doing Leading and supporting the implementation of System C solutions and integrated third-party software.
Running product demonstrations and configuration design workshops, clearly explaining workflows and benefits.
Undertaking gap analysis to ensure solutions support current and future operational processes.
Supporting user acceptance testing, go-live activity, and early-life support.
Contributing to internal testing by identifying, investigating, and escalating software issues.
Supporting data migration activities and resolving configuration-related challenges.
Attending project boards and stakeholder meetings to represent System C professionally.
Proven experience in system implementation, project delivery, or professional services roles.
Experience delivering training, testing, and implementation support.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
