We are looking for a Development Team Lead to lead a finance-focused engineering team working on Controcc, a core product supporting our market-leading case management systems for Local Government. Leading a development squad, combining hands-on engineering with people management.
- Providing technical guidance through coding, design decisions, and code reviews.
- Supporting the growth, performance, and wellbeing of engineers in your team.
- Collaborating closely with product, QA, architecture, and operations to balance scope, quality, and timelines.
- Leading incident response and root cause analysis for services owned by the team.
Experience with .NET (Framework and Core), C#, and MS SQL Server is required. Experience using React and Azure would be desirable.
Strong communication skills, able to explain priorities, risks, and decisions clearly. A coaching mindset, with experience giving feedback and supporting others through change.
