Purpose of the Role The Associate Project Support Officer apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in project support while earning a Level 4 qualification. You will collaborate with experienced project and PMO professionals, supporting project planning, governance, and delivery across our operations portfolio. Through practical experience and structured learning, you will develop skills in communication, data management, organization, and stakeholder engagement. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist in managing the PMO mailbox, logging and prioritizing requests. Coordinate responses to information requests from sales or internal teams. Support project planning by preparing and maintaining documentation. Help schedule and track resources for ongoing and upcoming projects. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and risks, ensuring data accuracy. Prepare status reports and dashboards using standard templates. Learn to operate internal systems such as PSA tools for timesheets, resourcing, and financial tracking. Participate in project review and closure, gathering lessons learned. Attend meetings to record minutes and follow up on actions. Promote best-practice project governance frameworks. Personal Attributes Interest in project management and service delivery.
