We are expanding our claims team in the UK and are seeking to hire highly qualified and established claims preparation and rebuttal specialist to join our stellar team.
We have exciting opportunities available for a Claims Director with a proven ability to support contractors with managing claims on major projects.
This suits someone who has a strong aptitude for contract law, who has led teams on claims and who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service for their clients.

Responsibilities:
Preparing quantum and contractual claimsLeading teams on claims assignmentsDeveloping relationships with new and existing clientsThe ability to demonstrate your history of winning fee earning quantum workDriving a business development focussed cultureExtensive knowledge of main standard forms of contract including NEC and JCTTo advise of dispute avoidance and resolution strategyAssist more junior members of staff with their career developmentRequirements BSc (Hons) in Quantity SurveyingA Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered SurveyorsAdditional qualifications (LLM, FCIArb, FRICS) (preferred)Have demonstrable experience of working on quantum and contractual claimsStrong oral and written communication and presentation skillsPresentable and articulateExcellent organiser with proven time management skillsWillingness to work within a close management teamDynamic and passionate career focused individualEmbrace innovation and new ideasBenefits Leadership team with a growth mindsetA dynamic and agile cultureAn environment where you will be recognised for strong performanceAn open door policy where you will have access to the senior managementOpportunities to work on major projects both in the UK and overseasCompetitive packageTrust and autonomy
