We are looking for a Network Analyst to join our team in Glasgow.

What will you be doing?

  • Serving as primary support of network operations by managing customer devices and end-to-end services.
  • Assessing the source of the problem, severity justification, performing basic checks and engaging responsible team if needed.
  • Basic technical overview of all supported technologies and vendors (Cisco, F5, Checkpoint, etc.).
  • Network elements monitoring, fault identification and management.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • CCNA qualified or willing to achieve within your first 6 months in the role.
  • You will have a basic technical overview about DC networks.
  • In order to be considered you must be local to Glasgow.
  • You’ll be a strong communicator and work well as part of a team.
