We are seeking an inspiring and supportive Sales Development Lead to join our sales team in London, focusing on nurturing Business Development Analysts at the start of their careers. What will you be doing?
Mentor and support Business Development Analysts, providing guidance and encouragement as they embark on their sales careers.
Develop and implement training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of Business Development Analysts.
Oversee the development and nurturing of leads, ensuring that Business Development Analysts are equipped with the tools and strategies needed to succeed.
