Business Development Executive – Systal Technology Solutions
We are Systal: a global managed network, cloud and security transformation specialist. We provide complex and strategic technology services for enterprise businesses, managing 200,000+ assets across 93 countries.
What will you be doing?
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish a detailed roadmap for project execution, including key milestones and dependencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven project management experience, with a track record in managing complex projects involving multiple business units.
- Experience within utilities, preferably telecoms.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications. Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) are also desirable.
- Strong understanding of both off-the-shelf solutions and custom software development. Ability to assess technical feasibility and scalability.
- Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and software factories.
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt the approach based on project requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Clarity) and other relevant tools.
