Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Service Analysts to join our team in Glasgow. Ideally you'll have experience working to ITIL standards and a passion for customer service as you'll be working with one of our largest customers in a hybrid role, including 2/3 days onsite.
What will you be doing?
- Assist and where required lead activities required to ensure the project completes Service Modelling under the direction of the Service Lead.
- CMDB information gathering – review current data, identify gaps and populate missing information for Infrastructure & Networking assets in accordance with our processes and procedures.
- Gathering information to support the addition of the service into the IT Services Portal.
- Support and assist the Service Integration process and handover to support process in accordance with our processes and procedures.
Who are we looking for?
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes and practices.
- CMDB information gathering – review current data, identify gaps and populate missing information.
- Recognised ITIL Foundation Computer Sciences Certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the business.
- Strong planning and documentation skills to support the Product areas in maintaining the configuration management system.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
