We are recruiting for an Account-Based Marketing Executive to join our team in London. This role will be responsible for accelerating growth across priority enterprise accounts while strengthening alignment between Marketing, Sales and our strategic technology partners. The role will focus on high-value, complex accounts across regulated and enterprise sectors. You will work closely with Sales, Solutioning and vendor partners to deliver targeted programmes that support multi-threaded engagement and enterprise deal progression.
What will you be doing?
- Execute ABM programmes across priority enterprise accounts
- Support account selection and segmentation in partnership with Sales
- Develop persona-specific messaging aligned to target industries, geos and job functions
- Activate targeted LinkedIn, paid media, content and event-based campaigns
- Track engagement across key buying groups within target accounts
- Support large deal pursuits with bespoke sales and marketing materials
- Develop tailored pitch decks, one pagers and case studies for strategic accounts
- Partner with Systal’s strategic technology vendors to maximise joint marketing impact
- Align vendor partner activity with enterprise ABM priorities
- Develop and execute co-branded campaigns aligned to shared target accounts
- Support co-sponsored webinars, events and joint thought leadership initiatives
- Contribute to reporting on ABM and partner campaign performance and pipeline influence
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience in ABM, enterprise marketing or working closely with enterprise sales teams
- Exposure to vendor or channel marketing strongly preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS or infrastructure advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise buying cycles
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and vendor teams
- Confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and engagement
