Description
The Lead: Consulting & Solutions Delivery is responsible for leading and developing Syspro’s consulting and solutions delivery capability within the United Kingdom. The role ensures that consulting engagements consistently deliver high-quality customer outcomes while supporting the services organisation's commercial and strategic objectives. Working within Syspro’s global services framework, the role establishes and maintains the regional consulting delivery standards, practices, and capabilities required to support successful implementation and consulting engagements. The role focuses on strengthening consulting capability, improving customer engagement, and ensuring that consulting services deliver measurable business value to customers.
The Lead works closely with the Lead: Project Management, who owns project execution and PMO operations, while this role focuses on consulting capability, solution delivery quality, and customer value realisation.
A key part of the role is building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that consulting engagements align with customer business objectives and support long-term platform adoption.
Operating in a dynamic services environment, the role also provides change leadership, helping consulting teams and customers adapt to evolving delivery models, new product capabilities, and organisational initiatives.
Ultimately, this role ensures that Syspro’s UK consulting services remain customer-centric, commercially sustainable, and aligned with global consulting best practices, strengthening both delivery quality and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum Level of Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Beneficial Qualifications
- MBS or equivalent postgraduate management qualification
Minimum Experience

10–15+ years of experience in professional services or consulting delivery within enterprise software environments

At least 5 years of leadership experience managing consulting or solutions delivery teams.

Proven track record improving consulting delivery quality, team capability, and customer outcomes.
Beneficial Experience

Experience implementing Syspro or comparable ERP platforms.
