About the role

Own integrated growth programs that drive audience engagement, market visibility, pipeline generation, and category growth. Lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel initiatives aligned to GTM priorities and commercial goals. Leverage AI, automation, and modern marketing technology to accelerate growth, improve programme performance, and scale marketing initiatives through data-driven insights, experimentation, and more efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and execute integrated growth programs across events, webinars, community, ambassador, and ABM initiatives.
  • Own program planning, prioritization, execution, and performance against commercial objectives.
  • Develop program messaging, themes, and narratives aligned to market trends, customer pain points, and GTM priorities.
  • Identify and launch new program formats, partnerships, channels, and growth opportunities.
  • Build programs that increase audience growth, engagement, and visibility across target personas and accounts.
  • Manage relationships with ambassadors, MVPs, partners, customers, and community influencers.
  • Strengthen Syskit’s market presence through community-led and event-led growth initiatives.
  • Drive pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and growth through integrated marketing programs.
  • Run experiments, testing, and optimization initiatives across campaigns and programs.
  • Track and report on engagement, pipeline contribution, audience growth, and program performance.
  • Capture and apply customer, attendee, and market insights to improve future initiatives and GTM effectiveness.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and leadership to align growth initiatives to commercial priorities.
  • Share insights, learnings, and best practices across the marketing organization.
  • Improve the effectiveness, scalability, and impact of growth programs over time.
