We are a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in London, seeking an experienced and driven Partner Alliance Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for building, managing, and optimising strategic relationships with our technology partners to drive revenue growth, enhance service offerings, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

As a Partner Alliance Manager, you will be the bridge between our organisation and key technology vendors, ensuring alignment in goals, mutual benefits, and effective collaboration. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and an understanding of the MSP landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key vendors, technology providers, and solution partners within the AWS and Zscaler ecosystems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, and operations) to align partnership strategies with business objectives and client needs.
  • Manage the partner enablement process, including training, certification, and knowledge sharing, to ensure our teams are equipped with the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Coordinate and drive joint go-to-market initiatives, such as events, webinars, and marketing campaigns, to generate leads and drive business opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to stay up-to-date with the latest product releases, features, and roadmaps from AWS and Zscaler, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and maximizing the value derived from these partnerships.
  • Analyse and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, fostering relationships and promoting our services and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, business development, or a related role, preferably within the IT/MSP industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS and/or Zscaler ecosystems, including their products, services, and partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners, internal teams, and clients.
  • Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Zscaler Certified Professional, or related credentials.
  • Experience in developing and executing partner enablement programs and training initiatives.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including lead generation, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
