Key Responsibilities HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes. Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and providing support. Payroll Management: Take ownership of the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and other payments. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, manage the onboarding process, and ensure new hires have a seamless transition.
