Responsibilities and Job Role
- Training Needs Analysis and develop alongside the business team a training strategy - including learning delivery
- Develop a Course Curriculum and development plan
- Engage with key stakeholders along with the Change Management and Programme Management Team
- Recommend change and comms collateral that can be developed by the training / broader Sysdoc team
- Complete weekly reporting
Technical Requirements
- Training Lead experience
- SAP Finance specialism
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong Understanding of FP&A
- This role will require the candidate going through SC clearance.
