Role: Training Lead

Start Date: ASAP

Based in: Soho, London with regular travel to client sites across the UK. Requirements: estimating 3 days+ in-person (travel expenses to client site are generally covered)

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design, development and delivery of end-to-end learning and training solutions across a range of client engagements.
  • Taking ownership of training workstreams, ensuring delivery to a high standard, on time and within agreed scope.
  • Developing training strategies, learning approaches, curriculum plans and training roadmaps for complex transformation programmes.
  • Managing client stakeholders and building trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops, training needs analyses, learning impact assessments and learning governance activities.
  • Overseeing the development of training materials including instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, performance support tools and communications.
  • Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to consultants and project team members.
  • Ensuring effective transition of learning solutions and capability development into business-as-usual operations.
  • Producing high-quality client deliverables, reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience delivering learning, training or organisational change solutions within transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading training or learning workstreams on large-scale ERP, digital transformation or business change programmes.
  • Strong experience developing learning strategies, training approaches, curricula and blended learning solutions.
  • Experience leading training teams and mentoring consultants.
  • Experience delivering programmes involving SAP, Oracle or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies such as SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline/Rise or equivalent learning platforms.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value for clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Language skills are advantageous.

Due to mandatory UK government security clearance for some of our clients, the successful candidate must solely hold a British passport (i.e., not hold passports from any other country), as well as meet the requirement of 10 years continuous UK residency.
