Core skills and Experience
- Extensive experience delivering SAP endâuser training across largeâscale business transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to design, validate, and maintain comprehensive training curricula within assigned functional areas.
- Expertise in developing highâquality learning materials, including:
- eLearning modules, presentations, data sheets, exercises, and demonstrations
- SAP Enable Now simulations and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)
- Storyboards and digital learning content for blended learning delivery
SAP Knowledge Required
Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of at least two of the following SAP modules:
- Quality Management
- Finance
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with SAP Enable Now (simulation and QRG generation essential)
- Experience working within S/4HANA environments
- Comfortable using SaaS platforms for content management, delivery, and performance evaluation
