Role: Senior SAP Trainer (Finance & Project Systems)

Salary Banding: £70,000 upwards (pro-rated)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: FTC until October 2026, high possibility of an extension.

Based in: Soho, London with regular travel to client sites across the UK (mainly in the SE)

Requirements: 2–3 days per week on client site (expenses typically covered)

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced SAP Trainers (Finance and/or Project Systems) to join us on a high‑profile S/4HANA implementation for a rapidly growing client. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a greenfield transformation programme, supporting the rollout of SAP across a complex business environment. You will play a key role from training needs analysis (TNA) through to design, build, and delivery of learning solutions.

Core Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience delivering SAP end‑user training within transformation programmes
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training across the full lifecycle: Training Needs Analysis (TNA), content design and development
  • Training delivery and post‑go‑live support
  • Experience developing high‑quality learning materials, with support materials such as QRGs, simulations and work instructions
  • Experience developing PowerPoint training materials, storyboarding for eLearning courses
  • Confident delivering training to mixed experience audiences
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

SAP Knowledge Required

  • Solid experience across: SAP S/4HANA Finance (R2R) or SAP Project Systems (PS)
  • Experience working within S/4HANA environments

Additional Mandatory Requirements

  • Ability to travel and deliver onsite training regularly (client site is located near the SE)
  • Comfortable managing training environments and supporting data setup
  • Has an existing SC Clearance
