You don\’t need previous warehouse experience to join us – just the enthusiasm to learn, desire to do a great job, and a strong work ethic! If you\’re friendly, ready to learn, and excited by the chance to progress, we\’ll provide all the training and development opportunities you need.
In the role of a Warehouse Operative at our Portbury depot, you\’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid, and even HGV driving, there\’s no limit to your potential. Once you\’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, roles, and up if that\’s what you want to do.
As well as an eye for detail, you\’ll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (we\’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg, and have your own transport to get to the site due to poor public transport links.
