How to prepare for a job interview at Sysco

Know Your Sales Numbers

In field sales, your ability to talk numbers can make or break an interview. Be prepared to share your sales achievements and understand metrics like conversion rates or average deal sizes. This will show Sysco that you can deliver results on the ground.

Demonstrate Relationship Building Skills

Prepare for Role-Playing Scenarios

Often, interviews for sales positions involve role-playing exercises. Be ready to pitch a product or handle objections as if you were in front of a real customer. This will give you a chance to showcase your skills and give the interviewers a taste of what it’d be like to have you in the field.
