As the Senior Finance Assistant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for managing day-to-day finance tasks. This role involves cashflow management, payroll preparation, handling purchase and sales ledgers, and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting. Payroll Management: Preparing monthly payroll submissions, handling employee payments, and maintaining detailed payroll analysis

Purchase Ledger: Processing purchase orders, matching invoices, managing supplier accounts, and resolving discrepancies

Sales Ledger: Preparing and posting sales invoices according to project timelines and client requirements

Statutory Returns & Reporting: Assisting with VAT returns, month-end and year-end reporting, and budget planning

Ad-Hoc Financial Projects: Supporting financial analysis, process improvements, and providing software support (Sage/Construct) to colleagues
