Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Change & Modernisation team on a full-time basis, reporting to the ERP Programme Manager for a 2 year fixed-term contract. As the key coordinator for country-level project delivery within a European programme, this role ensures that local go-live plans align with overarching governance standards. The Project Manager will maintain robust project governance, including RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and steering documentation, to enable informed decision-making. Working closely with the European Programme Manager, Project Managers, Workstream Leads, and the Country Market Lead, the role drives progress, manages change initiatives, and fosters a collaborative environment to achieve seamless implementation across multiple timelines.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Create, coordinate, and manage project plans for phased Dynamics 365 go-lives.
- Ensure scope delivery aligns with the business case, within budget and on schedule.
- Governance & Reporting: Maintain project artefacts, including PID, risk/issue logs, steering updates, and status reports.
- Facilitate governance forums and manage go/no-go decision gates with stakeholders.
- Resource & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional workstreams, ensuring resource capacity and capability align with project needs.
- Establish strong relationships with Programme Managers, business sponsors, and technical leads.
- Change & Communication Planning: Collaborate with the Change & Comms Leads to execute a communication and change management plan to support adoption.
- Engage key stakeholders to provide project awareness and facilitate smooth transitions.
- Cutover & Go-Live Planning: Collaborate with the Cutover Lead to define and produce the detailed cutover plans.
- Collaborating with the Market Lead to ensure business readiness and minimal disruption during go-live phases.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering business change projects in ERP transformations using agile/waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to break down complex tasks into clear, actionable steps and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Change management experience and knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations or similar ERP/CRM capabilities.
