What you'll be doing You'll have full ownership of your territory, giving you the freedom to develop your own sales strategy while being supported by one of the world's largest foodservice providers.

Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your designated area.

Growing existing customer accounts by building trusted, long-term relationships.

Meeting customers face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Successfully onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate records through our CRM system.

Working closely with our Distribution Centre and delivery teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Driving profitable sales growth while consistently achieving your targets.

Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity to ensure Medina remains the first choice for independent customers.

About you: We're looking for someone with the drive to win new business while developing existing customer relationships.

Field Sales or Account Management experience.

A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Strong commercial awareness.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

A self-motivated approach with the ability to manage your own territory.

A genuine passion for sales and delivering great customer service.

Experience within the foodservice or food industry would be an advantage, but it's not essentialwe're more interested in your attitude, ambition and ability to succeed.
