- What you'll be doing
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your designated area.
- Growing existing customer accounts by building trusted, long-term relationships.

- Successfully onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate records through our CRM system.
- Working closely with our Distribution Centre and delivery teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Driving profitable sales growth while consistently achieving your targets.
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity to ensure Medina remains the first choice for independent customers.
About you
- Field Sales or Account Management experience.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to manage your own territory.
- A genuine passion for sales and delivering great customer service.
- Experience within the foodservice or food industry would be an advantage, but it's not essential—we're more interested in your attitude, ambition and ability to succeed.
