The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Monday - Friday Day Shift 08:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility required in line with operational needs.

We’re home to some of the UK’s leading food businesses, including Brakes and Fresh Direct, and we’ve just opened a next-generation site in Hemel. Designed with colleagues in mind, the site has all the right ingredients to be an amazing place to work. Join us as a Fleet Manager and help us perform brilliantly.
Responsibilities
- Leading a small team of direct reports, you’ll drive performance and ensure fleet compliance across the site, making sure we’re fully equipped to deliver our products to our customers.
- You’ll take accountability for budgets, resource allocation, retention, health & safety, customer service and VOR rates.
Qualifications
- With your experience leading and motivating a team, you’ve got what it takes to excel in this role:
- An analytical mind, with the ability to identify trends from large data sets.
- A strong understanding of fleet compliance regulations.
- CPC (or the willingness to acquire it).
