Youll achieve excellence for customers too driving performance, hitting targets and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of every shift you lead.
What you bring to the mix
A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed with Brakes:
- a background in leading, motivating and coaching a team
- the ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input
- a customer-centric approach
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- knowledge of SAP
- the ability to create an open and supportive culture within a team.
