Fresh Direct, part of the Sysco group, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across our local and regional customer base, working with iconic UK restaurants, hotels, and pubs.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Report weekly on performance, progress, and key challenges.
- Work with the commercial team to set and implement pricing strategies to meet/exceed margin expectations.
- Track KPIs against sales targets and lead regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with depot operations and transport teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
