We are looking for an ambitious and driven Framework Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the growth of our KFF business by developing and expanding a portfolio of Framework Accounts, proactively identifying and securing new Framework Partners, and building strong Head Office relationships that deliver long-term, profitable growth through strategic collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the Framework Portfolio in KFF ensuring maximization of profit and long-term growth in this highly competitive sector.
- Maximize business for KFF through existing and new framework development, using intelligent and efficient account & pipeline development, maintenance & conversion skills.
- Implement a business strategy which develops Framework relationships ensuring all aspects of KFF share of wallet opportunities are developed and contractual agreements are in place and reviewed for extension.
- Develop and strengthen Framework group contacts (commercial and operational) and communication channels that in conjunction with the KFF sales team engage KFF to achieve sterling and margin target.
- Build strong internal relationships with, and not limited to: KFF sales teams, finance, operations, telesales, and other stakeholders across Sysco GB involved in the Framework sector, raising the profile and understanding of this sector within KFF to drive sales and margin achievement.
- Make sure all administration is up to date and acted upon including preparation of Bid/tenders and financial evaluation documents.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in foodservice sector sales.
- Good knowledge and experience of successfully managing group accounts.
- Understands the tender sales process and can construct a strategy of growth.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Can demonstrate a self-starter approach to their role and own development.
- Confident in cold calling as well as customer care and development of customers.
- Above all, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with skill, humour, tact, and resilience.
