Our role is offering hybrid working in the Ashford office, so you must be within a commutable distance. We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in programme or project administration, ideally gained within ERP implementations or large-scale IT programmes. A good understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes is highly desirable, together with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be confident working with stakeholders at all levels, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving. Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, along with experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or similar platforms. You will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider programme team. Experience supporting programme governance, reporting, risk management and financial administration would be advantageous.
