Job Description Account Executive Deeside Are you a people person who is passionate about increasing sales through great customer service? Due to growth, we are seeking a Customer Account Sales Executive to nurture and develop strong relationships with all your accounts through a variety of channels including phone, email, web chats and social media, to deliver an amazing customer experience. £27,787 + monthly £500 on-target bonus + great benefits We currently have fulltime shifts available, 37.5 hours perweek. Working 5 days out of 7, we can discuss the shift patterns with you at interview. The hours will be somewhere inside our opening times of 7.30am and 6pm. Working from our contact centre in Deeside youll be placing orders to resolving queries, ensuring that insight and information is captured correctly on the CRM system whilst driving excellent customer service via the use of different platforms at any one time.
