We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Senior Analyst to join our International Finance team, acting as a key link between international markets and Sysco Corporate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis and strategic insight to support business performance and decision-making.
This role is offering a home-based contract that will require travel commitment to our Covent Garden, London, office once per week.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for the production and development of reporting packs, KPI analysis, forecasts, budgets and long-range plans. Working closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders, you will provide meaningful analysis and forecasting, challenge business performance, and deliver insights that drive improved commercial outcomes. You will also support key projects, develop business cases for investment decisions, and identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data quality across international markets.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will possess advanced Excel modelling skills, including the development of robust forecasting, reporting and analytical models. Strong commercial awareness is essential, along with the ability to interpret financial data, identify performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
You will be an excellent communicator with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating complex financial information into clear and concise insights. Strong reporting, analysis and forecasting capabilities, combined with a proactive approach and attention to detail, will be key to success in this role.
