As the Salesforce CRM Executive at Sysco you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operational use of Salesforce across our EU business, ensuring smooth system performance, strong user adoption, and continuous improvement of our CRM processes. You will be responsible for managing BAU queries, supporting change requests, and contributing to the ongoing development of Salesforce through testing, training, and minor configuration work.
Working closely with Business Analysts, Cloud Owners, and stakeholders across multiple EU markets, you will help ensure that Salesforce is used effectively, consistently, and in line with EU governance standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving operational excellence within a fast‑paced environment. This position offers a remote working arrangement from anywhere within the UK or EU and occasional travel will be required.
Responsibilities- Manage all business user queries within agreed SLAs, including support requests, change requests, and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with the EU Development Team and wider Tech teams when escalation or technical input is required.
- Monitor BAU KPIs to ensure strong adoption and consistent use of Salesforce across EU markets.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all relevant clouds and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes, configurations, and ways of working.
- Support CRM governance processes, including prioritisation and adherence to agreed methodologies.
- Carry out minor Salesforce configurations to support business needs and system enhancements.
- Ensure all changes follow established change‑management processes.
- Work with Business Analysts and Cloud Owners to gather feedback and elicit requirements from business functions.
- Support testing, training, deployment, and embedding of new Salesforce features and cloud deliverables.
- Coordinate and deliver communications, demos, and training sessions for business users.
- Support the engagement and communication with CRM Super Users across EU.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring previous experience working with Salesforce in a multi‑functional environment, ideally within a large or complex organisation. You’ll have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping users get the most out of the platform.
You’ll have:
- Hands‑on Salesforce experience, with Salesforce Administrator Certification desirable.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including user story writing and sprint ceremonies.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced setting.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and the ability to match business needs to platform solutions.
- Desirable experience with Jira, Signavio, Office applications, or D365.
