The Senior Solution Manager - Warehouse & Logistics will play a key role in delivering Sysco Europe's supply chain transformation strategy through the design and implementation of innovative warehouse and logistics solutions. Working across multiple European markets, you will develop scalable, efficient, and standardised operating models that improve service, productivity, safety, capacity, and cost performance. This role is offering a remote working contract with travel across the UK and EU when required.

This is a highly strategic role requiring significant experience in supply chain solution design, with a particular focus on warehousing, fulfilment operations, distribution networks, and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions. You will lead the design and optimisation of warehouse operations, leveraging digital twin technologies, simulation modelling, and data-driven analysis to evaluate scenarios, optimise network performance, and support investment decisions.

Partnering closely with country supply chain teams and senior stakeholders across a complex matrix organisation, you will lead the development of solutions ranging from warehouse optimisation and fulfilment design to network redesigns, facility expansions, transport improvements, and operational standardisation programmes. You will support major strategic projects, often involving significant capital investment, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, operationally effective, and aligned with Sysco's long-term growth plans.

A key aspect of the role is translating operational challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions. You will develop robust business cases, assess investment opportunities, define success measures, and track benefit realisation. Experience using simulation tools, digital twin methodologies, and operational modelling to support warehouse design, capacity planning, inventory flow, fulfilment processes, and best-before-end (BBE) date management will be highly valued.

Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will build strong relationships with supply chain leaders across Europe, driving alignment and leading change initiatives across multiple functions, countries, and business units. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, gain consensus, and deliver results within a matrix environment will be critical.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain solution design within Foodservice, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, or Distribution environments. You will have a proven track record of leading complex strategic projects, delivering large-scale operational improvements, and implementing innovative supply chain solutions. Experience across warehouse operations, transportation, fulfilment, inventory management, 3PL operations, and network optimisation is essential.

You will combine strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in operational modelling, automation, and digital solutions. Experience developing business cases, applying simulation techniques, and using technology and data to improve operational efficiency, service performance, and supply chain resilience will be key to success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded supply chain professional to shape the future of warehouse and logistics operations across one of Europe's leading foodservice organisations while driving innovation, standardisation, and operational excellence across a complex international network.
