- Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists.
- Overseeing the welfare of the team and being accountable for everything from monitoring adherence to process, to team performance and engagement.
- Accountable for a range of key metrics, through influencing your team to achieve high standards and customer satisfaction.
