c£75,000 per annum plus car or car allowance, bonus and a range of other benefits
Take your warehouse career to the next level with Sysco GB. We’re home to some of the UK’s leading food businesses including Brakes and Fresh Direct, and we’re opening a next-generation site in Hemel. Designed with colleagues in mind, the site has all the right ingredients to be an amazing place to work. Join us as an Operations Manager and help set our site and the team up for success.
A satisfying role
Put simply, your focus will be to deliver excellence for our customers, our business and everyone around you. Accountable for everything from team engagement and warehouse performance to efficiency and budgets, you’ll shape plans that drive change and develop the team. You’ll actively create a safe and efficient working environment where colleagues feel included and can do their jobs brilliantly. Crucially, you’ll also drive the performance of leaders across the warehouse.

Having successfully led a large, fast-paced warehouse function before, you’ve got everything needed to thrive in this role:
- experience in planning resources and managing costs, service and safety through others
- the ability to coach and mentor teams to drive performance and achieve shared goals
- a results-focused and collaborative approach
- a track record of creating plans that improve the experience of customers and colleagues
- strong relationship-building and financial skills.
